The HDV Series High-Temp Viscometer integrates advanced mechanical design, precision manufacturing processes, and microprocessor-controlled technology. Equipped with a TFT color dot-matrix display, it ensures accurate data acquisition and clear visualization of parameters. Designed for high sensitivity, reliability, and minimal sample consumption, this instrument is ideal for measuring the absolute viscosity of Newtonian fluids and apparent relative viscosity of non-Newtonian fluids. It is widely applicable to chemicals such as greases, paints, plastics, pharmaceuticals, adhesives, resins, solder paste, asphalt, and more.
The High-Temp Viscometer further supports real-time shear rate and shear stress display, continuous viscosity monitoring with out-of-range alerts (progress bar turns red), and a ceramic-insulated heating chamber for uniform temperature distribution and exceptional thermal stability.
