Double-layer glass reactors utilize constanttemperature heating and constant-speed stirring under vacuum conditions to ensure uniform mixing of raw materials, facilitating full reaction, evaporation, separation, and solvent recovery within the reactors. All material-contact components are constructed from high-temperature and corrosion-resistant borosilicate glass (GG-17) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), making them ideal for reactions involving thermolabile biological products prone to decomposition or denaturation.
