Electric Rotary Evaporator Advanced
RE Series Laboratory Rotary Evaporators are high-efficiency separation and concentration devices widely used in chemistry, biology, pharmaceuticals, and other fields. The core function is to gently remove solvents from solutions via reduced-pressure distillation. Motor-driven flasks rotate at constant speeds, forming uniform liquid films on flask walls to maximize evaporation surface area. Heating baths (water or oil) provide precise thermal control, while vacuum systems lower pressure to reduce solvent boiling points. Evaporated solvent vapor is liquefied in condensers via coolants and collected in receiving flasks. Designed for easy operation and sample protection, they are ideal for heat-sensitive compounds, enabling rapid solvent removal without thermal degradation.

RN Series Rotary Evaporators utilize stepless speed regulation to maintain constant rotation speeds of glass rotary flasks, forming large-area uniform thin films of material on the flask walls. Paired with intelligent thermostatic water baths for uniform heating and high-speed evaporation under vacuum, solvent vapor is condensed via high-efficiency glass condenser and collected in receiving flask. Engineered for vacuum operation, all material-contact components are constructed from high-temperature-resistant borosilicate glass (GG-17) and PTFE(polytetrafluoroethylene), making them ideal for the concentration and purification of heat-sensitive biological samples.
