The LC-YDS Series liquid nitrogen tanks feature an aluminum alloy shell and inner chamber, offering lightweight construction, high strength at cryogenic temperatures, and superior corrosion resistance.  The neck tube, constructed from fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), combines high mechanical strength with minimal thermal conductivity. The multi-layer insulation system utilizes high-reflectivity aluminum foil as radiation shields and low-outgassing thermal insulation materials to minimize heat radiation. The vacuum-insulated space between the shell and inner chamber eliminates convective heat transfer, while high-capacity cryogenic adsorbents ensure long-term vacuum stability and reliable performance.
